This is a really hard question. I have yet to dislike a Zelda game I have played. To narrow it down, my three favorite are Twilight Princess, Minish Cap, and either Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask.

Really? Minish Cap was one of my least favorites, but Ocarina of Time and Majora's MAsk were cool.
