We need a set group of policies that we enforce. And all staff need to know them.
1. No member be promoted with out a vote from the Admins. We all should have a say in who we allow to have the power.
2. Once we get the chat up and running again all staff needs to greet the people that join the chat.
3. We have to watch what people are typing in the forum. No posts that are inappropriate. No profile pictures that are inappropriate.
4. Before a staff member is demoted or quits they should have a verbal agreement of their dismissal before hand.
5. Keep your passwords difficult. Last thing we need is some random hacker getting your passwords and wreaking havoc on our site.
6. Before giving another member a promotion use the chat to get a email confirmation of who you are promoting. That way we don't get impostors on the site when we think they are someone else.
7. Don't give members unnecessary information. No talking about important things on the main chat.
8. No matter how much you dislike a member always be respectful of our members. If they are being disrespectful or are harassing you in any way then you may ban. If you ban a member please present evidence on why this ban was necessary.
9. Remember we are a team. We work together to do everything. Don't go behind another staff member and work against him. If you dislike what a staff member is doing bring it up here or confront him.
